Are you looking for a goal for your winter training? The third Ballybunion Half Marathon and 10k is the one to aim for!!

Set amid the spectacular scenery of County Kerry, the event which attracted 1200 participants in 2011 will take place on April 07th 2012 and promises to be a wonderful experience for all participants. The organisers will run the event to professional standards, with chip timing on the half marathon course, commemorative T shirts for all participants, and medals for all finishers.

Ballybunion is home to two world renowned golf courses, and as a result this event has already attracted international interest. Runners and walkers are welcome. Registration is now open, with discounted entry if you register before December 31st 2011 - don't miss your chance to to run on this beautiful course.

Ballybunion has long been one of Ireland's foremost seaside resorts with miles of sandy beaches, spectacular cliff top walks and two world class links golf courses.
